Meet the Cast of Brassic Season 6 – Sky's Hit Comedy-Drama Returns
Brassic Season 6 is just around the corner, and fans are eagerly awaiting the return of their favorite group of misfits on Sky Max. This time, the gang embarks on a thrilling quest to recover the original 1895 FA Cup trophy, stolen from a notorious criminal’s attic. Let’s dive into the star-studded cast making their return to this fan-favorite series.
Joseph Gilgun, who not only stars as Vinnie but is also a co-creator of the show, leads the charge once again. If you’ve followed British TV for a while, you may recognize Gilgun from his roles as Eli Dingle in Emmerdale or Woody in This Is England . Vinnie’s schemes and unconventional leadership form the heart of Brassic, and it’s hard to imagine the show without his chaotic energy.
Michelle Keegan, best known for her role as Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street , also returns as Erin, Vinnie’s long-time love interest. Keegan’s portrayal of Erin has evolved over the seasons, and her character will face new challenges in Season 6 after traumatic events from the previous season. She adds a strong emotional core to the series, balancing out the wild antics with some real-world heartache.
Ryan Sampson is back as Tommo, Vinnie’s partner in crime, whose "entrepreneurial spirit" keeps the gang’s shady business ventures alive. Sampson is known for his roles in Plebs and After You’ve Gone , and in Brassic, he adds humor and depth to this quirky crew.

Tom Hanson reprises his role as Cardi, the gang’s loyal but somewhat dim-witted lookout. Fans may also recognize Hanson from his work in Silent Witness and The Outlaws . Cardi’s lovable naivety and comic timing make him a fan favorite.
Bronagh Gallagher returns as the no-nonsense Carole, Cardi’s tough wife. Known for her iconic role in The Commitments , Gallagher brings intensity and humor to the role of a woman who knows how to keep her man—and the gang—in line.
Aaron Heffernan also makes a return as Ashley, the group’s muscle. Heffernan has previously appeared in shows like War of the Worlds and Love/Hate , and his character’s physical prowess often comes in handy during the gang’s more dangerous escapades.
Parth Thakerar reprises his role as JJ, the gang’s mechanic, whose story becomes more complex this season. With credits in Vigil and Starstruck , Thakerar’s performance as JJ adds depth to Brassic’s ensemble, especially as JJ’s personal life begins to unravel. Joanna Higson returns as Sugar, JJ's partner, who is now grappling with motherhood. Her character’s journey will likely provide a heartfelt storyline amidst all the chaos.
Rounding out the cast is Steve Evets as foul-mouthed farmer Jim, a recurring character who never fails to bring a bit of grit and hilarity to the mix. His past roles in Looking for Eric and Rev have cemented Evets as a standout in British drama.
Brassic Season 6 promises to be as hilarious, chaotic, and heartwarming as ever, with familiar faces returning to guide us through more outlandish capers and unexpected twists. Make sure to catch the season premiere on September 26 on Sky Max—you won’t want to miss it!
