His wife, Debbie, shared that Boggs' prostate cancer was detected through a routine physical where his rising PSA levels were flagged. Further testing, including an MRI and biopsy, confirmed the diagnosis with a Gleason score of 7. According to medical experts, this score is indicative of an intermediate risk of prostate cancer. Boggs will undergo localized radiation treatment in the hopes of eradicating the cancer, a process aimed at achieving a complete cure.
