The local government is even offering substantial incentives, including rewards of up to 3 million yuan (approximately $424,520) for concerts attracting more than 50% of attendees from outside the province.

The Hainan Free Trade Port is prioritizing performance brokerage services, and businesses involved in these sectors can benefit from reduced corporate income tax rates. Starting from February 9, citizens from 59 eligible countries will also be able to visit Hainan visa-free for up to 30 days, further facilitating travel for artists and audiences alike.
