Barron Trump Ventures Into Luxury Real Estate with Bold Plans for 2025

At just 18 years old, Barron Trump is stepping into the spotlight with ambitious plans to make his mark on the luxury real estate industry. Following in the footsteps of his father, former President Donald Trump, Barron is preparing to relaunch his real estate venture, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., in spring 2025. The company, initially incorporated in Wyoming last summer, temporarily dissolved in November 2024 to avoid election-related media scrutiny after Donald Trump’s victory. Now, Barron and his partners are ready to take the business to the next level.

The venture is a collaboration between Barron and his two business partners, Cameron Roxburgh and Carter Fulcher. Roxburgh, a high school classmate of Barron from Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, has stated that the company will focus on high-end real estate projects, including luxury golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. Carter Fulcher, a luxury real estate expert with deep family ties to the industry, adds significant expertise to the team. While the Trump Organization has not provided financial backing for the venture, Barron has received private advice from his father, a seasoned real estate mogul.

Barron’s real estate aspirations are rooted in the legacy of his father, who built a global empire around luxury properties, golf resorts, and branding. Barron’s co-founder, Roxburgh, has hinted that the company could one day become a subsidiary of the Trump Organization, aligning with Donald Trump’s established empire. However, the young entrepreneur is charting his own path, balancing his studies at NYU’s Stern School of Business with his ambitions in real estate.

Despite being relatively reserved during his father’s political career, Barron played a strategic role in Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign. Senior Trump adviser Jason Miller praised Barron for recommending successful media appearances that helped energize the campaign, showcasing the young Trump’s instincts and strategic thinking.

While Barron is entering an industry his family knows well, his journey will undoubtedly be one to watch. With bold plans and the drive to succeed, he is carving out his place as a young mogul in the making, poised to leave his mark on the luxury real estate world.
