Oz Lotto Jackpot Climbs to $70 Million After No Division One Winner

The highly anticipated Oz Lotto Draw 1614 has revealed its winning numbers, but no ticket holders managed to claim the massive $50 million division one jackpot. The numbers drawn were 24, 44, 18, 22, 41, 8, and 37, with supplementary numbers 26, 39, and 1. As a result, the jackpot has now soared to a staggering $70 million for next week’s draw, making it the largest prize offered by Oz Lotto in over a year.

According to The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart, this $70 million prize is the biggest lottery jackpot seen in Australia so far in 2025 and ranks as the fourth-largest in Oz Lotto’s 31-year history. With such an enormous sum up for grabs, it’s no surprise that one in five Australian adults is expected to purchase an entry for the upcoming draw.

Despite the absence of a division one winner, over 850,000 participants secured prizes in divisions two through seven, collectively taking home more than $18.9 million. Six division two winners each pocketed $115,756.90, while division three and lower-tier winners also enjoyed significant payouts.

Oz Lotto’s jackpots continue to draw attention across Australia, particularly after an impressive year in 2024, which saw 17 division one winners share more than $295 million. New South Wales led the tally with nine division one wins, followed by three each in South Australia and Queensland, and two in Victoria.

Notably, some numbers have proven luckier than others. Frequently drawn numbers include 47, 21, 28, and 33, while numbers like 34, 26, 45, and 43 are less common.

As anticipation builds for the $70 million draw, lottery players are encouraged to register their tickets with The Lott to ensure they can be contacted promptly if they win big. Will next week crown the first multi-millionaire of 2025? Only time will tell!
