Pete Davidson Unveils Tattoo-Free Look After Painful Removal Process
Pete Davidson has officially said goodbye to most of his tattoos, and his transformation is pretty shocking! The comedian, who once had nearly 200 tattoos covering his body, has been undergoing a lengthy and painful removal process—and now, he’s showing off the results.
Davidson recently starred in a new campaign for the fashion brand Reformation, stepping into the role of the “Official Boyfriend.” The photos from the campaign reveal his dramatically ink-free skin, a stark contrast to the heavily tattooed look he rocked for years. Fans have been buzzing about the change, especially since Pete has been open about how grueling the tattoo removal process has been.

During his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon , Pete described the procedure as “horrible.” He explained that removing tattoos is much worse than getting them in the first place. “They gotta burn off a layer of your skin,” he said. “Then, it has to heal for six to eight weeks. You can’t get in the sunlight. And then you have to do it, like, 12 more times.” That sounds brutal!
Pete has previously mentioned that many of his tattoos were impulsive decisions made when he was younger. Looking back, he admitted that he had some “dumbest tattoos” and felt it was time for a fresh start. While he’s kept a couple of them, the majority are now gone, and he seems pretty happy with the transformation.
Seeing him in Reformation’s latest campaign, it’s clear that Pete is embracing this new chapter. Whether you loved his inked-up look or prefer this cleaner aesthetic, there’s no denying that Pete Davidson continues to surprise us. One thing’s for sure—he’s still the same funny, charismatic guy, just with a little less ink!
