Sweden’s Deadliest School Shooting in Örebro: A Tragic Incident Unfolds
A devastating shooting occurred on February 4, 2025, at the Campus Risbergska school in Örebro, Sweden, which is now being marked as the country’s deadliest mass shooting in history. The incident took place in the early afternoon, leaving 11 people dead, including the gunman, and six others seriously injured. The suspect, a 35-year-old former student, reportedly shot himself after carrying out the attack.

Swedish authorities have stated that the shooting appears to have been carried out by a single individual, with no indication that the gunman was linked to any extremist groups or gangs.
