Powerful Earthquake Strikes Myanmar and Thailand, Causing Devastation
A powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake has struck central Myanmar, sending shockwaves through the region and causing widespread destruction. The quake, which had its epicenter about 16 kilometers northwest of Sagaing, has led to tragic losses, with at least 144 reported dead in Myanmar and several more fatalities in neighboring Thailand.
