Netgem and DAZN Team Up to Redefine Sports Streaming Access
Hey everyone, big news just dropped in the world of sports and streaming. Netgem has officially secured a distribution partnership with DAZN, the leading global sports streaming platform. This is a major move, especially with the FIFA Club World Cup already underway, which started on June 14th. And get this—all the matches are being streamed for free on DAZN. That's right, you don’t need to pay a penny to catch the action this time around.

Now, if you're not familiar, Netgem already offers a pretty hefty lineup with over 50 free live sports channels and access to more than 250 additional channels and sports apps. But this new partnership with DAZN really takes things to another level. According to Sylvain Thevenot, Managing Director of Netgem Pleio, this is a “game-changer for sports fans.” And I have to agree. Bringing DAZN into the mix means users across Europe can now tap into a wider range of world-class sporting events with ease—whether it’s football, boxing, or other global competitions.
Peter Parmenter from DAZN also chimed in, calling it “great news” for fans in the UK, Ireland, and Gibraltar. His take? This partnership gives viewers more flexibility and choice in how they access premium sports content. Basically, DAZN’s strategy to lead in digital sports entertainment just got a significant boost.
The DAZN app became available on Netgem devices starting June 6th in the UK, Ireland, and Gibraltar, and a week later—on June 13th—it launched in France and La Réunion. So if you’re in any of these regions and already using Netgem, you’re probably seeing the DAZN integration in action.
In a world where convenience, accessibility, and top-tier content matter more than ever, this move between Netgem and DAZN is smart, timely, and most importantly—good news for fans. Whether you’re watching from your living room or on the go, it’s never been easier to stay connected to your favorite sports.
