Amine Adli Seals £25m Move to Bournemouth from Leverkusen
Bournemouth have made a major statement in the transfer market by bringing in Moroccan international Amine Adli from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of around £25 million. The move has been completed on a five-year deal, making Adli the Cherries’ seventh signing of the summer, and it signals the club’s determination to strengthen their squad as they look to push higher up the Premier League table.
Adli, who is 25 years old, arrives with a strong pedigree. At Leverkusen, he featured in 143 matches, contributing both goals and assists while helping the German side to a historic 2023–24 season. Under the management of Xabi Alonso, Leverkusen not only went unbeaten in the Bundesliga but also lifted the German Cup, with Adli playing an important role. He even finished as the top scorer in the DFB-Pokal, showing his ability to perform in crucial knockout games.

His rise continued on the international stage, as he made his debut for Morocco in 2023 and has since earned 15 caps.
