AEW All Out 2025 Delivers Shocking Moments and Classic Matches

AEW All Out 2025 was held at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, and let me tell you, the night was absolutely packed with jaw-dropping action, championship drama, and some seriously emotional moments. If you missed it, this event is already being talked about as one of the best AEW pay-per-views in recent memory.

The main event saw Hangman Adam Page defending his AEW World Championship against Kyle Fletcher. Now, on paper, this looked like a solid test for Page, but Fletcher turned it into a career-defining performance. He used everything in his arsenal, even busting out Will Ospreay’s famous Hidden Blade, and nearly had the champion beat. But Page showed why he’s still the man to beat in AEW. After surviving a brutal Deadeye from the top rope and hitting the Buckshot Lariat, Hangman retained his title. Fletcher may not have walked out as champion, but fans walked away convinced that his time at the top is coming sooner rather than later.

The women’s championship match was another headline-grabber. Toni Storm, defending against Kris Statlander, Jamie Hayter, and Thekla, looked like she had control early on. But in one of the most emotional moments of the night, Kris Statlander scored the shocking pinfall over Storm to become the new AEW Women’s World Champion. For Statlander, who battled through injuries earlier in her career, this was a huge redemption moment. The crowd erupted, and it truly felt like one of those “remember where you were” upsets. Storm, meanwhile, was left stunned, and fans are already speculating how she’ll respond to this setback.

AEW also gave fans chaos at its finest with the World Tag Team Championship ladder match. Brodido barely managed to retain their titles against The Young Bucks, JetSpeed, and The Don Callis Family. Bodies were flying everywhere, ladders were broken, and the arena was buzzing with “holy s---” chants. This was pure carnage, exactly what fans expected.

One of the wildest bouts of the night came in the “Tables ’N’ Tacks” showdown between MJF and Mark Briscoe. Yes, it was every bit as painful as it sounds. Briscoe literally covered the ring with thumbtacks right from the start, and the two went through hell trying to one-up each other. In the end, Briscoe scored the surprise win, giving fans one of the most innovative and brutal matches AEW has put on in a long time.

Other highlights included Jon Moxley defeating Darby Allin in a brutal coffin match, thanks to the shocking return of PAC. Kazuchika Okada retained his Unified Championship in a must-see triple threat with Konosuke Takeshita and Máscara Dorada, a match many are already calling a five-star classic. And perhaps one of the most nostalgic moments of the night came when Adam Copeland reunited with Christian Cage to beat FTR, even throwing in a tribute to John Cena in a moment that got the crowd on their feet.

When all was said and done, AEW All Out 2025 proved once again why this company continues to set the bar for wrestling storytelling and action. The night had it all — surprises, legends, rising stars, and matches that will be talked about for years to come.
