Andrew Tate Set for Explosive Misfits Boxing Debut in Dubai
Andrew Tate — the internet’s most controversial personality — is officially stepping back into combat sports, but this time under the glitzy lights of Misfits Boxing. Yes, the former kickboxing world champion has confirmed he’ll make his professional boxing debut on December 20th in Dubai, headlining Misfits’ “The Fight Before Christmas” event. And his opponent? None other than Chase DeMoor, the current Misfits heavyweight champion.
This matchup has all the ingredients for chaos — a polarizing figure returning to the ring, a reigning champion defending his title, and a promotion built on celebrity clashes and viral moments. Tate, known as “Top G” to his online followers, will not only be fighting that night — he’s also declared himself the new CEO of Misfits Boxing. In a video posted to social media, Tate made the announcement himself, saying, “Say hello to your new CEO. It wasn’t a hostile takeover, but it was certainly planned.” He added that he and Misfits co-founder Mams Taylor will be working together to take the organization “where it belongs on the world stage.”

The move also marks the end of KSI’s role as CEO, with Tate now claiming the top spot both in the boardroom and the ring. The 38-year-old Brit, who’s currently facing several ongoing legal battles in the UK, US, and Romania, insists he’s ready to make the most entertaining fights possible — starting with himself in the main event. He even joked that if he’s going to fight as CEO, he might as well do it for the biggest belt available.
His opponent, 29-year-old Chase DeMoor — who gained fame on Netflix’s “Too Hot to Handle” — isn’t new to the Misfits scene. DeMoor won the heavyweight title in 2024 and has defended it twice since, earning a reputation as one of the promotion’s most active and charismatic fighters. But facing Tate, a four-time world kickboxing champion with a 76–9 record, is a whole different level of challenge.
The bout will take place at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena, with the main card expected to start around 6 p.m. GMT and the headline fight closer to 10 p.m. GMT. Official broadcast and streaming details haven’t yet been confirmed, but fans around the world are already buzzing to see how Tate performs in his boxing comeback — and whether he can live up to his own hype.
With Tate’s legal controversies still swirling and his self-proclaimed “Top G” status on the line, his Misfits debut is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about events of the year — for better or worse. One thing’s for sure: on December 20th, the world will be watching Dubai.
