Porn Star Jailed for Gruesome Double Murder That Shocked Britain
A horrifying case out of London has finally reached its chilling conclusion. Yostin Andres Mosquera, a 35-year-old Colombian porn star, has been sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder of a couple whose remains were later discovered in suitcases near the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol.
The story sounds almost too disturbing to believe. Mosquera had been living with 62-year-old Albert Alfonso and 71-year-old Paul Longworth at their home in Shepherd’s Bush. What began as a stay with friends turned into one of the most gruesome crimes the city has ever seen.
In July of last year, Mosquera attacked the couple in their home — stabbing Albert multiple times and slashing his throat, while Paul was bludgeoned with a hammer so violently that his skull shattered. The horrifying act was caught on camera, as Mosquera had set up a recording device in the bedroom. The footage, described in court as deeply disturbing, showed him covered in blood, singing and dancing naked moments after the killings.

After the murders, Mosquera dismembered the victims, storing their severed heads in a chest freezer. He then packed the rest of the remains into suitcases and transported them 116 miles to Bristol, where he was seen dragging the bloodstained luggage near the bridge. When questioned by a passerby, he calmly claimed the cases contained car parts. Witnesses later told police they saw fluid leaking from one of the bags — Mosquera insisted it was oil before fleeing the scene.
Inside the couple’s home, investigators found shocking evidence of premeditation. Mosquera had been researching large freezers and had even tried to access the victims’ financial accounts, attempting to transfer money to himself in Colombia. The court heard that he planned the murders for weeks, intending to profit from the couple’s savings.
During sentencing, Justice Joel Bennathan condemned Mosquera’s crimes as “premeditated and thoroughly wicked,” emphasizing the tragic loss of two kind and loving individuals who had simply opened their home to someone they trusted. Mosquera was given a life sentence with a minimum term of 42 years, and will also serve a concurrent 16-month sentence for possessing thousands of indecent images of children.
Detective Chief Inspector Ollie Stride, who led the investigation, described the case as one of the most harrowing he and his team had ever faced. “Paul and Albert were murdered in the most brutal and callous way imaginable,” he said. “They welcomed Mosquera into their lives, and he repaid that kindness with unimaginable cruelty.”
This case stands as one of Britain’s most horrifying double murders — a grim reminder of how trust can be betrayed in the most unthinkable ways.
