PGA TOUR Unveils New ‘Cut Line’ Show at The RSM Classic
Fans of golf and the PGA TOUR are in for a treat this week as a brand-new way to follow the season’s most tense moments is being introduced. The PGA TOUR is launching a fresh live streaming show called “Cut Line” at The RSM Classic, giving viewers an inside look at one of the most consequential cut lines of the season. Set to debut on Friday, November 21, the show will stream live on PGA TOUR YouTube and X starting at 2:45 p.m. ET, with additional coverage on ESPN+.
The “Cut Line” show comes from the PGA TOUR Studios, which first opened its doors in January 2025 and has been redefining how the TOUR connects with its global audience. This state-of-the-art 165,000-square-foot facility in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is adjacent to PGA TOUR Global Headquarters and serves as the hub for all media operations. The studio will host analysts Matt Every, a two-time TOUR winner, and Emma Carpenter, host of PGA TOUR Live and Five Clubs contributor, who will break down the action from both the Seaside and Plantation courses at Sea Island.

Adding to the excitement, former TOUR player John Maginnes and seasoned TOUR contributor Sean Martin will provide on-site insight from St. Simons Island. Together, the team will guide viewers through the high-stakes drama as the projected cut line emerges, highlighting which players are safe and which may face uncertain futures in 2026. The live show will continue until the conclusion of second-round play, offering extended coverage and immediate analysis of the swings, putts, and key moments that could determine a player’s season.
The timing couldn’t be more critical. The RSM Classic marks the final event of the 2025 TOUR season, and the top 100 players in the FedExCup standings will secure exempt status for the next season. Players ranked 101–150 will retain conditional status, making each putt, chip, and swing potentially career-defining. By focusing on the cut line, the show promises fans instant reactions and context about who advances, who misses out, and the implications for the players’ schedules in 2026.
Combining live golf coverage, in-studio analysis, and on-site reporting, “Cut Line” is designed to bring fans closer to the action than ever before. It’s not just about watching golf—it’s about feeling the tension, understanding the stakes, and seeing the drama unfold in real time. This initiative reflects the PGA TOUR’s commitment to delivering content that is engaging, dynamic, and accessible to fans around the world, and it adds an exciting new dimension to following the sport’s most pivotal moments.
This week at Sea Island, golf fans will get to experience the thrill of the season’s final cut line like never before, as “Cut Line” blends insight, excitement, and live coverage into a must-watch viewing experience.
