Representing Canada with pride are two distinguished Paralympians: Pat Anderson and Katarina Roxon, chosen as the Canadian flag-bearers. Anderson, a seasoned wheelchair basketball player, is making his sixth Paralympic appearance and has previously helped Canada clinch gold in 2000, 2004, and 2012. Roxon, a veteran swimmer competing in her fifth Games, is celebrated for her gold medal in Rio 2016 and a bronze relay medal from Tokyo 2020.
