Ricky Gervais Announces London Shows for "Mortality" Tour in 2025
Ricky Gervais, the celebrated comedian and creator of The Office , has just unveiled London dates for his latest stand-up tour, Mortality . This show, which delves into life’s most profound and absurd themes—life, death, and everything in between—has captivated audiences since its UK debut last month.
The London leg of the tour promises to be a highlight. Gervais is set to perform six nights at the iconic London Palladium on October 9–11 and 16–18, 2025, before a grand finale at the Wembley OVO Arena on October 31. Tickets go on presale this Wednesday, with general sales starting Friday at 10 a.m. GMT. Fans are eagerly anticipating these dates, which add to an already thrilling itinerary of performances across the UK.

Currently, Gervais is in the midst of the first phase of his UK tour, having kicked things off in York in October 2024. Upcoming shows in cities like Brighton, Nottingham, Liverpool, and Cardiff are keeping audiences entertained as the tour rolls on through early 2025. The UK schedule will culminate in Birmingham on January 28. Beyond this, Gervais plans to expand the Mortality tour to North America and Europe, with shows in major cities such as New York, Paris, and Toronto already confirmed for later in 2025.
In classic Gervais style, Mortality is a sharp yet humorous exploration of human existence. "We’re all gonna die," Gervais quipped in a statement. "May as well have a laugh about it." This unique perspective has resonated with audiences, making the tour one of the most anticipated comedy events of the year.
For those unable to catch him live, there’s good news— Mortality will eventually be recorded for Netflix, following in the footsteps of Gervais’ previous special, Armageddon . Until then, fans are advised to act quickly, as tickets for his shows are likely to sell out fast.
