
Canada Reveals Star-Studded Roster for 4 Nations Face-Off
Canada has officially announced its roster for the much-anticipated 2025 4 Nations Face-Off. Set to be held in February, this prestigious tournament will see top NHL talent representing Canada, Finland, Sweden, and the United States in a battle for international hockey supremacy. With some of the league's brightest stars included, Team Canada’s lineup promises excitement for hockey fans across the nation.
The roster includes a powerful combination of experienced veterans and rising stars. Florida Panthers forwards Sam Reinhart and Sam Bennett will join the likes of Toronto Maple Leafs’ winger Mitch Marner and Tampa Bay Lightning duo Brandon Hagel and Anthony Cirelli. Adding further firepower to Canada’s offensive front are Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone, Philadelphia Flyers’ Travis Konecny, and Carolina Hurricanes center Seth Jarvis. These players join the previously announced elite forwards, including Sidney Crosby, Nathan MacKinnon, Connor McDavid, Brad Marchand, and Brayden Point, creating a forward lineup that boasts both skill and leadership.

Defensively, Team Canada is anchored by Cale Makar of the Colorado Avalanche, who was previously named to the team. He will be joined by his Avalanche teammate Devon Toews, Shea Theodore and Alex Pietrangelo from the Golden Knights, Winnipeg’s Josh Morrissey, Colton Parayko of the St. Louis Blues, and Travis Sanheim of the Philadelphia Flyers. This solid defensive core is built to handle high-pressure situations while facilitating a fast-paced game.
In goal, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues, Vegas’ Adin Hill, and Montreal Canadiens’ Sam Montembeault will ensure Canada remains formidable between the pipes.
The 4 Nations Face-Off, a collaboration between the NHL and NHLPA, will feature seven thrilling games from February 12–20. Four matches will take place at Montreal’s Bell Centre, while Boston’s TD Garden will host three, including the championship game.
