Scarlett Moffatt Shares Candid Advice for I'm A Celeb Finalists Ahead of Winner Reveal

Scarlett Moffatt, the 2016 winner of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! , has issued a heartfelt warning to this year’s finalists ahead of the winner being crowned. Coleen Rooney, Reverend Richard Coles, and Danny Jones are the final three contestants, and one of them will soon be named the King or Queen of the Jungle. But Scarlett, having experienced the intense spotlight of the show herself, has shared some important advice on navigating life after the jungle.

The reality star, who went on to become a beloved TV personality after her I'm A Celeb victory, reflected on how overwhelming the fame can be. "I was just on Gogglebox , not many people would come up to me on the street or anything like that, but then when you come out of a show like I'm A Celeb , all of a sudden everyone's interested in what you're doing," Scarlett explained in a recent interview. She warned the finalists that the sudden wave of attention can be difficult to handle, and it’s crucial to have a solid support system in place.

Scarlett confessed that she didn’t always have that support. After leaving the jungle, she made the decision to move to London and cut herself off from her family and friends. "I did the opposite and left everyone and went on my own," she admitted. "So I think that really affected me. If I wasn’t at work, filming, or doing something, I was just in my flat alone, and it felt very overwhelming."

Her advice to the finalists is clear: "Make sure you've got a good support network around you." She also emphasized the importance of taking time for yourself and enjoying the experience, as the "bubble" of the jungle doesn't last long. "Take days off and enjoy the experience," Scarlett said, "because it doesn’t last forever."

Scarlett’s words of wisdom come at a time when the I'm A Celeb finalists are preparing for what could be a life-changing moment. While they are currently in the final stages of the competition, Scarlett knows firsthand that the true challenge often begins after the winner is crowned. In the coming days, one of these finalists will take on the title of King or Queen of the Jungle, but Scarlett's warning serves as a reminder that navigating the spotlight, post-jungle, can be just as difficult as surviving the trials and challenges in the camp.

With the jungle adventure behind them, the finalists will soon return to their normal lives, but it’s clear that the journey ahead will require careful planning and emotional strength. Scarlett’s advice is a timely reminder that fame, while exciting, requires a strong sense of self and a reliable support system to handle the ups and downs that follow.
