Reflecting on her own career, Tabu pointed to her role in the Hindi film Crew , where she starred alongside fellow actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon. She emphasized how the collaboration felt like part of this larger, positive change, where women are not only sharing the spotlight but also mastering their crafts with years of dedication and experience. "They have control over their craft... They have a sense of how to deal with people," Tabu noted, highlighting the importance of maturity and people management in successful productions.
