One of the first points of contention in the divorce is the couple’s property. Rotten is seeking sole ownership of several personal items, including her 2022 Dodge Ram TRX, her clothing, books, firearms, and even a private gun room she wants to keep exclusive access to. She also requested to retain custody of their pet cat, Olive. However, it’s not just property that is at the center of their disputes. Rotten is asking for full custodianship of their son, Bishop, who was born in June 2023. She wants to make decisions about his primary residence and schooling and has also requested child support from James. Additionally, Rotten filed for a protective order, accusing James of engaging in family violence.
