Lawsuit Reveals Allegations of Harassment and Sexual Advances Involving Skip Bayless and Fox Sports
A recent lawsuit has sent shockwaves through the sports media world, as former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, has filed legal action against the network and prominent personalities, including Skip Bayless. The lawsuit, filed on January 5, 2025, accuses Bayless, a former host on Fox Sports, of making repeated, unwanted sexual advances toward Faraji, including an alleged offer of $1.5 million for sex. Faraji, who had been employed as a hairstylist at Fox for over a decade, claims that Bayless’s inappropriate behavior began in 2017 when he requested her services for his show “Undisputed.” According to the lawsuit, Bayless initiated physical advances, including lingering hugs and inappropriate comments, which Faraji continually rejected. Faraji claims that after she reported an instance of sexual harassment by FS1 executive Charlie Dixon, Taylor allegedly responded dismissively, telling Faraji to "get over it" and suggesting that she should not rock the boat as both women’s careers were influenced by powerful men at Fox. Faraji asserts that Taylor’s attitude changed over time, with insults related to Faraji's Persian heritage and personal traits.
