Due to adverse weather conditions, Nipissing-Parry Sound Student Transportation Services have announced that school buses in the West Parry Sound and West Nipissing areas will be cancelled. This includes several school routes, specifically covering areas such as Britt, Nobel, McDougall, Whitestone, Ahmic Harbor, the Town of Parry Sound, Mactier, Humphrey, and Rosseau. If your child uses one of these bus routes, please be aware that they will not be running today.
While the buses are not operating, all schools in these areas remain open. Parents and guardians are reminded that children who can safely make their way to school should attend as usual. However, with the cancellation of the buses, it's important to note that there will also be no afternoon bus service.
