The harness racing community is coming together to support the family of Hunter Myers, who tragically passed away on March 20 due to injuries sustained in an accident at The Meadows on March 19. The outpouring of love and assistance from across the industry has been overwhelming, showing just how tight-knit and compassionate this community is.

Hunter Myers leaves behind his fiancée, Chloe Fisher, and their seven-month-old son, Hayden. To help ease their financial burden during this heartbreaking time, several fundraising initiatives have been launched. A GoFundMe page has been set up, allowing those who wish to contribute directly. Additionally, a PayPal fundraising account has been organized by Maritime horsepeople, and Saratoga Casino Hotel track photographer Jessica Hallett is selling t-shirts, with all proceeds benefiting the Myers family.

The Standardbred Owners Association of New York has also stepped up, authorizing a $5,000 donation to benefit Hayden Myers. The hope is that this contribution will inspire others within the New York racing community to offer additional support.

As more efforts unfold, the community remains steadfast in ensuring that Hunter Myers' loved ones receive the support they need.
