“I got some offers, but I never wanted to leave Sunrisers Hyderabad. It is a home franchise for me,” Reddy stated. “I want to perform for SRH and win the IPL trophy. They have shown faith in me, and it is my time to deliver for the franchise. There were some talks from other franchises to get me into the auction, but I was looking forward to playing for SRH.”

This commitment comes on the back of an impressive IPL 2024 season where he scored 303 runs in 13 matches, averaging 33.67 with a strike rate of 142.92.
