Notably, the only teams not playing on March 27 are the Tampa Bay Rays and Colorado Rockies. Due to the devastating impact of Hurricane Milton on the Tampa area, the Rays have been given an extra day to prepare for the season, as they temporarily relocate to George M. Steinbrenner Field, the spring training home of the New York Yankees.
