Yung Filly Faces Serious Allegations Amid Ongoing Investigations
Big news is shaking up the entertainment world as YouTube star and BBC presenter Yung Filly finds himself at the center of shocking allegations. The British-Colombian entertainer, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has been accused of raping a British tourist in Magaluf, Spain. This follows another serious legal battle he is already facing in Australia regarding an alleged sexual assault.
The latest accusations come from a young woman who claims she met Yung Filly at a beach club in Magaluf, where he was performing. According to reports, the woman later encountered him again at a nearby nightclub before ending up in his hotel room. She alleges that after initially engaging in consensual relations with a friend of the rapper, she was then sexually assaulted by Yung Filly when they were left alone.
The incident reportedly took place last summer, but the alleged victim only filed her complaint after returning to the UK. British authorities then forwarded the case to Spanish officials, leading to an official investigation in Palma, Majorca. A Spanish judge has since reached out to Australian authorities in an effort to question Barrientos under oath.
This revelation comes just weeks after Yung Filly appeared in an Australian court in connection with a separate case from September 2024. In that instance, he faces eight charges, including multiple counts of sexual penetration without consent, assault, and impeding a person’s breathing by applying pressure to the neck. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on bail for £48,500. His trial in Australia is set to continue later this year.

Despite the gravity of the allegations, the internet personality has maintained a carefree demeanor. Upon leaving an Australian court earlier this month, he avoided addressing the charges and instead commented on the weather, saying, "I’m enjoying the weather, man, it’s a lovely day."
Yung Filly rose to fame as part of the popular YouTube collective Beta Squad and has collaborated with KSI’s Sidemen. His presence in mainstream media grew significantly through appearances on BBC Three shows like Yung Filly’s Celeb Lock-In , as well as The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer .
