Kanye West's Former Assistant Lauren Pisciotta Goes Into Hiding After Filing Abuse Claims
The ongoing legal storm surrounding Kanye West has taken another troubling turn, as his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has reportedly gone into hiding after filing explosive sexual assault allegations against the rapper. This isn’t just another celebrity headline—it’s a deeply disturbing account of trauma, power dynamics, and the psychological toll such cases can inflict on survivors.
Pisciotta, 36, began working for Kanye—also known as Ye—in 2021. What started as a high-profile role soon spiraled into a nightmare. In June 2024, she filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, stalking, and wrongful termination. But the allegations have since expanded dramatically. In her amended complaint filed in July 2025, Pisciotta accused West of sex trafficking, rape, stalking, and orchestrating swatting attacks to intimidate and silence her.
Her lawyer, Arick Fudali, revealed to the BBC that Pisciotta is currently in hiding, terrified for her safety. She has erased much of her online presence and is essentially living off the grid as she awaits the next legal proceedings in the civil case, which is expected to return to court next month.

Among the disturbing claims, Pisciotta alleges she was raped by West during the production of his DONDA album. She also says he sent her recordings of his sexual encounters with staff members at his company, Yeezy, and frequently subjected employees to racist and antisemitic language. One particularly chilling accusation states that West forced staff to draw swastikas in the office.
The case took another dark turn when Pisciotta said she was the target of a "swatting" incident—an armed police raid on false pretenses—just days after her initial lawsuit. She believes West was behind it. Adding to the psychological warfare, she began receiving threatening phone calls warning her not to proceed with the lawsuit.
Despite West’s public denial—calling the allegations “fantasy fiction”—some of his own actions and statements on social media are now being closely examined. According to her lawyer, posts where West refers to himself as a “walking Me Too” and uses inflammatory, antisemitic rhetoric may be used as evidence during his deposition.
West’s legal team has dismissed Pisciotta’s claims as inconsistent and manufactured for attention. They argue her evolving testimony undermines her credibility and have vowed to “annihilate” her case in court.
