Most of the complaints were about login failures — about 61% of users — while others reported connection issues or extremely slow performance.

To make matters more confusing, some users were receiving error messages saying they no longer had a valid license to use the Outlook service. That’s a particularly alarming message for both individuals and businesses who rely heavily on Outlook as their primary email platform.
