Maritime Provinces Team Up with PAL Airlines to Boost Regional Air Travel

The plan is to introduce daily flights that link key cities like Halifax, Sydney, Charlottetown, Fredericton, and Moncton. This means travelers won’t have to jump through hoops or take long detours to get around the Maritimes anymore. Flights are expected to be available for booking later this year, once the exact schedules are finalized.

Funding for this pilot project is being shared by several partners: the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, the provincial governments involved, and the regional airports.
