Alright, let’s talk Fortnite—because Chapter 6, Season 4 just dropped, and it’s absolutely packed with wild updates and even wilder crossovers. If you haven’t heard yet, this season’s theme is “Shock ‘N Awesome,” and honestly, that title says it all.

So here’s what’s going down: the Battle Pass for Season 4 was leaked a few days before the official launch, and fans were quick to notice two huge collabs—Power Rangers and Halo . Yep, you heard that right. Fortnite’s latest season isn’t holding back when it comes to iconic pop culture throwbacks.

Now, these leaks weren’t just rumors. Dataminers found files in the game update that confirmed new skins, and Epic Games eventually stepped in to make it official with a cinematic trailer. It’s now confirmed that the Halo crossover will feature a female Spartan skin, and Power Rangers fans will get to play as none other than Tommy Oliver—the Green and White Ranger. He’s the Tier 100 skin in the Battle Pass, which is a big deal for longtime fans.

The Battle Pass, titled “Shock ‘N Awesome,” includes a full roster of new characters too. At Tier 1, you unlock a Halo Spartan, and as you climb, you’ll encounter characters like Yoo-Mi, Battle Gamer Mae, and the bug-hunting OXR officer Ripp Slade. Each skin seems tied to the season’s overarching storyline, which revolves around a “bug invasion” that’s literally taken over the map.

And speaking of the map—Epic’s added four new Points of Interest (POIs): The Hive, Ranger’s Ruin, OXR HQ, and Swarmy Stash. These places are swarming with new enemy types, including Queen Bugs, which are apparently taller than buildings. Players now have to battle through bug nests, pick up exotic new weapons like the Shock n’ Slow Launcher, and defeat bosses to earn powerful medallions with unique perks.

There’s even more excitement coming mid-season, with the release of a Roly Poly movement item and the iconic Dino Megazord skin set to drop on September 16. That’s expected to be tied to special quests, giving players something to chase beyond the core Battle Pass.

And if you're a Halo fan but not keen on buying the Battle Pass, good news—you’ll be able to unlock the UNSC Spartan skin for free by reaching level 100, starting August 26.

So yeah, if you were thinking of jumping back into Fortnite, now might be the time. With Power Rangers, Halo Spartans, giant bug invasions, and some serious nostalgic energy, Chapter 6 Season 4 might be one of the most memorable updates yet.
