Raja Jackson Arrested After Violent Wrestling Ring Attack
The wrestling and MMA communities are still reeling after shocking news broke about Raja Jackson, the 25-year-old son of former UFC legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. Raja was arrested in Los Angeles after an incident that many say went far beyond the boundaries of showmanship and entertainment.
According to reports, the arrest was tied to a brutal attack that unfolded at a KnokX Pro Wrestling event in California late last month. Footage from the show revealed Raja storming into the ring and slamming wrestler Stuart Smith—better known by his stage name, Syko Stu—to the mat. What followed left the crowd stunned. Raja unleashed a relentless barrage of nearly two dozen punches, many of which landed while Smith was already unconscious.
The attack was only stopped when fellow wrestlers rushed in to drag Raja away. By then, the damage had been done. He spent several days under medical care before being released, though his family confirmed that a long recovery journey still lies ahead.

Rampage publicly stated that his son should serve jail time and also undergo anger management and therapy. Jail records showed Raja was booked on a felony charge and is currently being held on a $50,000 bond. The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed the investigation is ongoing. WWE star Logan Paul, for example, condemned the act in harsh terms, saying it looked less like a fight and more like an “attempted murder live streamed.” He openly called for Raja to face significant prison time, echoing the thousands of fans who have already signed petitions demanding justice for Syko Stu.
The event has raised uncomfortable questions about safety at independent wrestling shows and how quickly entertainment can spiral into real violence. While wrestling often blurs the line between spectacle and reality, this incident crossed that line in the most dangerous way.
As of now, Raja Jackson sits behind bars, his future uncertain, his reputation in shambles, and his father—once his biggest supporter—calling for accountability. Stuart Smith, thankfully, is recovering at home, but the scars of the night, both physical and emotional, will linger for some time.
