Viral Video Shows Indiana Walmart Worker Brutally Attacked
A shocking scene has been making the rounds online, and it’s left many people disturbed and outraged. At a Walmart in Indianapolis, an employee was brutally beaten by a group of women in a chaotic brawl that was captured on video and quickly went viral. The footage, recorded by a shopper named Kind Butler, spread rapidly on Facebook and shows a violent mob targeting the employee right in the checkout area.
In the video, the worker can be seen being restrained by a woman dressed in black while two others relentlessly attacked her. One woman in a pink shirt is caught on camera throwing repeated punches, while another stomped on the victim. In the background, chilling shouts could be heard, including someone yelling, “Where he at, bitch?!”

Witnesses tried desperately to pull the attackers away. A couple of bystanders and Walmart employees attempted to intervene, but the violence only escalated. At one point, a male suspect even jumped in and kicked the downed worker, while another woman in a blue-and-white shirt kept swinging. When the victim was briefly helped to her feet, the woman in pink hurled an object at her, grabbed her by the hair, and continued striking. Walmart staff eventually managed to pull the employee away from the mob as good Samaritans held the attackers back, though the group kept shouting insults.
According to Butler, who shops at that Walmart almost every day, the attack happened without hesitation. He said that before fists started flying, he overheard relatives of an alleged rape victim searching for someone they believed was connected to the case. When they spotted the employee, they allegedly decided to take matters into their own hands.
The victim has since been identified as Tikerra Hicks, a Walmart employee who said she had been receiving calls accusing her friend of rape. Hicks explained that she knew the woman making the accusations but did not understand why she herself was targeted. She insisted she had no involvement in the alleged incident. “I just hear, ‘There she go,’ and then boom—on the side of my head I feel somebody hitting me,” she recalled.
A police report related to the alleged rape investigation reportedly listed Hicks as an “other person,” though she denied any official involvement and said she had only spoken to police after the fight. Despite being the victim of a violent mob assault, Hicks said she was suspended by Walmart following the incident.
The viral video has sparked widespread outrage online, not only because of the vicious nature of the attack but also because of the way it unfolded in such a public space. Many viewers have called it one of the most disturbing workplace assaults to surface in recent memory, leaving questions about safety, accountability, and justice in the aftermath.
