Bowen admitted to assault and criminal damage during a court hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court. Her sentence includes a 13-week jail term, suspended for 12 months, along with 120 hours of unpaid work, £450 in court costs, and compensation payments totaling £321.50. Farage's personal security officer also received compensation for damage to his suit caused by the milkshake. Bowen, an OnlyFans model, initially denied the charges but later pleaded guilty, avoiding a trial that was set for October.
