Former US Attorney Jessica Aber Found Dead at 43 – A Sudden and Shocking Loss
Jessica Aber, the former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, was found dead on Saturday morning at the age of 43. This tragic news has left the legal and law enforcement communities in shock as they mourn the sudden loss of a dedicated public servant.

She later rose to the position of deputy chief of the criminal division before being nominated by President Joe Biden in 2021 to serve as U.S. Attorney for EDVA. She was unanimously confirmed by the Senate and served until her resignation two months ago when the new administration took office.
