Tiger Woods Confirms Romance with Vanessa Trump
So, here’s the latest buzz—Tiger Woods has officially confirmed his relationship with Vanessa Trump, the former daughter-in-law of Donald Trump. He took to social media on Sunday, posting a heartfelt message saying, "Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together." Along with that, he asked for privacy for their loved ones.
Now, in case you need a refresher, Vanessa Trump was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005 until their divorce in 2018. The couple shares five children, including their eldest daughter, Kai, who is a promising young golfer. Interestingly, Kai attends the same school as Woods' children, Sam and Charlie, and even competed alongside Charlie in a recent golf tournament. That might be one of the many connections that brought Tiger and Vanessa together.

For weeks, rumors were swirling about their romance, but Woods, who is known for keeping his personal life private, hadn’t said a word—until now. His public confirmation on X (formerly Twitter) included a couple of cozy photos, one of them showing the pair relaxing on a hammock, looking every bit in love.
This announcement comes at a significant moment for Woods. Just recently, he suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon, forcing him to miss this year’s Masters tournament. While fans were disappointed, they now have something else to talk about—his new relationship.
Tiger’s love life has been widely scrutinized over the years. His most notable public relationships include his marriage to Elin Nordegren, which ended in 2010 after his infamous cheating scandal, and later, a long-term relationship with Erica Herman, which ended in a messy legal battle. Before Vanessa, the last time he publicly announced a relationship was in 2013 with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. That time, he explained that making things public helped take away the power of paparazzi and tabloid speculation.
Woods and the Trump family have a long history, too. He has played golf with Donald Trump on several occasions, and in 2019, Trump awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom. More recently, Woods attended a White House meeting with Trump in February to discuss the ongoing division in professional golf, particularly the PGA Tour's rivalry with the Saudi-backed LIV Golf.
With Woods now focusing on recovery from his injury and Vanessa by his side, it’ll be interesting to see how this new chapter unfolds for them. One thing is for sure—this relationship is bound to keep making headlines.
