Mark your calendars for May 24th and 25th, because for the first time ever, Akin Davisville will be opening its studio doors to the public, and trust me, you’ll want to step inside.
Located at 224 Merton Street, right in the heart of Davisville, Akin Davisville is home to an incredible collective of artists — from painters and illustrators to textile artists, sculptors, and mixed media creatives. What makes this event so special is that it’s not just an art show; it’s a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the creative process and the community that fuels it.

As part of this city-wide celebration of Toronto’s architecture, culture, and creativity, Akin Davisville is going all out. Visitors are invited to pick up a brush or marker and add to a living, growing artwork right in the studio. It’s a fun and family-friendly activity that brings out the creative spirit in all of us.
