Michael is described as a Black male , approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall , weighing around 200 pounds , with balding black hair and a gray goatee . One distinctive detail to be aware of is that he is missing the tip of his middle finger on his left hand .
At the time he went missing, he was wearing a burgundy baseball cap , a black button-up shirt with vertical white stripes , black athletic pants , and gray sneakers .
