Rainbow Six Siege Drops and the Esports World Cup Path
Get ready, Rainbow Six Siege fans, because a massive event is about to kick off that offers you the chance to snag some awesome in-game rewards just by watching! We're talking about the BLAST R6 Stage 1 2026 season and Ubisoft is rolling out Twitch Drops to make spectating even more rewarding. This isn't just about watching your favourite teams battle it out; it's your opportunity to collect exclusive Esports packs filled with items from past Pro League sets, going all the way back to Year 5 Season 3. So, if you've been eyeing those cosmetic upgrades, this is definitely the time to tune in and earn them.
The whole promotion kicks off on June 8th and runs through July 20th, split into two distinct phases. Phase one, from June 8th to July 9th, will see batches of Esports packs dropped throughout the week, with specific watch-time milestones to hit. For instance, between June 8th and 11th, you can earn one pack after watching for an hour, another at three hours, a third at six hours and a fourth at nine hours. This pattern continues with slight variations in the number of packs available on certain days, like June 11th to 15th, where you can get up to five packs by watching for twelve hours. It's a structured way to reward consistent viewership during these crucial early stages of the competition.

Phase two, running from July 9th to July 20th, slightly ups the ante. During this period, you'll be able to earn five Esports packs per designated watch period, again with tiered watch-time goals. For example, from July 9th to 13th, you can accumulate a total of five packs by watching for twelve hours. These packs are a treasure trove, containing 389 items from all previous Esports packs and Pro League sets up to Year 8 Season 3, giving you a great chance to complete your collection or grab some rare gear. Remember, these rewards are automatically added to your account the next time you log in after installing the game, even if you don't own Rainbow Six Siege currently.
Participating is straightforward, but you do need to take a couple of steps first. Head over to drops-register.ubi.com to link your Twitch and Ubisoft accounts and make sure you opt into the drops feature. Once that's done, just watch the official Rainbow Six Twitch channels during the event. You can keep track of your progress and manually claim your rewards on the Twitch drops inventory page at twitch.tv/drops/inventory. It's important to note that you have 24 hours after each campaign ends to claim your rewards and they typically appear in your account within 48 hours. All platforms are supported, so whether you're on PC, PlayStation, or Xbox, you can get in on the action.
Beyond the exciting Twitch Drops, this period marks the beginning of the qualification path for the highly anticipated Esports World Cup 2026, which will now be held in Paris. Major regional leagues are kicking off, including the CN League 2026 Stage 1 in China, featuring ten teams vying for a spot. Teams like All Gamers and EDward Gaming are looking strong, but the competition is fierce with squads like Four Angry Men and One Coin also making significant moves. The Asia Pacific League, North America League and Europe MENA League are also commencing their Stage 1 schedules, setting the stage for an incredible season of Rainbow Six Siege esports.
