Kim Kardashian and Sarah Paulson Lead Ryan Murphy’s Bold New Drama “All’s Fair”
A brand-new courtroom drama is taking center stage, and it’s already creating buzz across Hollywood. “All’s Fair,” the latest series from creator Ryan Murphy, officially streams on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ starting November 4, and it’s shaping up to be the next big TV obsession. The show brings together an all-star cast—Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Glenn Close, Teyana Taylor, and Naomi Watts—each portraying powerful women in a high-stakes legal world where emotion, ambition, and sisterhood collide.
At its core, “All’s Fair” follows a group of divorce lawyers who decide to break away from a male-dominated firm and establish their own all-female practice. The story dives deep into their personal and professional struggles as they help their clients—mostly women—rebuild after painful breakups. Naomi Watts, who plays Liberty Ronson, described it beautifully: “It’s such a great central plotline about women helping other women come back to the best versions of themselves. Divorce can be ugly and messy, but it’s about finding strength again.”
Sarah Paulson, playing the character Carrington Lane, admitted that she’s leaning into her villain era for this role. “I’m playing a true villain, but one with a broken heart,” she said with a grin. She even hinted that her character’s name, Carrington Lane, might be a nod to the glamorous Joan Collins from “Dynasty.”

For Kim Kardashian, stepping into the role of Allura Grant came with a personal twist. She revealed that her inspiration came from a real-life powerhouse—her own divorce attorney, Laura Wasser. “Allura is this strong, fearless, bad-ass woman who fights for her clients but keeps her composure no matter how messy things get,” Kim explained.
Glenn Close takes on the role of Dina Standish, the mentor who trained this team of fierce women. “She’s their guide and their protector,” Close shared, emphasizing how much love and care her character shows for her colleagues. Meanwhile, Teyana Taylor brings a refreshing spark as Milan, the ambitious newcomer. “Milan is the baby of the group,” she said. “I love how the women look out for her and help her survive the roughness of the legal world.”
Beyond the courtroom drama, the real magic of “All’s Fair” seems to lie in the bond between its cast members. Niecy Nash-Betts described it as more than just a work project. “I walked away with sisters,” she said. “We support each other on and off camera—we’re in each other’s lives for real.”
The show also boasts a stunning lineup of guest stars including Jessica Simpson, Judith Light, Elizabeth Berkley, James Remar, and Rick Springfield. Simpson teased that her role pushed her creatively like never before, involving hours of prosthetics and emotional vulnerability.
With its mix of power, glamour, and emotional depth, “All’s Fair” looks ready to redefine what a legal drama can be. The first three episodes are streaming now, with new episodes dropping every Tuesday on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
